Applies to the 48 Contiguous United States (USA)
(We currently do not offer international shipping.)
Processing Times
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may experience minor delays. We always recommend allowing 1-2 business days buffer from your event date. That said, we do as best as humanly possible to keep the below schedule:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will ship the next business day.

Orders placed anytime on Saturdays or on Sundays ship the following Monday (or next business day during holiday weeks).

The day your package is picked up by the carrier is considered Day 1 of transit.

Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or delivery errors due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Cindy Jane Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered.

Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been fulfilled. Please double-check your address at checkout.
